Terms of sale

These terms apply to purchases made in the Lucarne Shop (lucarne.ca/en/shop). The site’s general terms also apply.
01The seller
The Shop is operated by Lucarne (Lucarne Conseil), Région de Montréal (Québec). Questions: bonjour@lucarne.ca.
02Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes, if any, and shipping fees for physical items are shown on the payment page before you confirm. Payment is processed by Stripe; Lucarne never receives or stores your card number. The order is concluded when the payment is accepted.
03Digital products
Digital products are delivered as soon as you pay: download links on the confirmation page, in the order email and on your order page. The number of downloads per file and how long they stay available may be limited; these limits are shown on your order page.
04Licence
A purchase lets you use the files internally in your business, by your whole team, and adapt them to your needs. It doesn’t allow reselling, redistributing or publishing them as is. The content remains Lucarne’s property.
05Satisfaction and refunds
If a file is faulty, unreadable or doesn’t match its description, write to bonjour@lucarne.ca within 30 days of purchase: we fix it, replace it or refund you. Refunds go back to the payment method used. Your statutory rights, including under Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act, always apply.
06Print-on-demand items
Items are made to order by our print partner, then shipped within Canada or to the United States according to the options offered. Delivery times shown are estimates in business days. Shipments to the United States may incur customs fees paid by the recipient.
07Returns of physical items
An item that arrives damaged, faulty or different from your order is replaced or refunded: write to us within 30 days of delivery, with a photo. Made-to-order items can’t be returned for a simple change of mind.
08Personal information
We collect only what your order needs: email, name, and a shipping address for physical items. They are entrusted to Stripe (payment), our email delivery service and, for physical items, our print partner. We send promotional emails only with your consent, which you can withdraw in one click. See the privacy policy for your rights (Quebec’s Law 25).
09Customer reviews
Only buyers can post a review, from their order page; it carries a “Verified purchase” label. We never edit a review. We may decline a review that is abusive, off-topic or contains personal information.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Quebec and Canada.
