The site provides information and indicative tools — not professional advice. Assessment and calculator estimates are orders of magnitude and are not binding.
Services and engagements
Services sold by Lucarne are governed by a separate, closed-scope engagement agreement. That agreement defines deliverables, price, schedule and each party's obligations.
Consultation, booking and follow-up
The consultation costs $350 CAD before applicable taxes and lasts 75 minutes. It includes a written summary, with no obligation to hire Lucarne for an engagement. Stripe processes payment before you choose a time. Rescheduling is available with at least 24 hours’ notice. To cancel or request a refund, email bonjour@lucarne.ca ; your statutory rights remain applicable. The $350 is credited once toward a first engagement signed within 60 days. In-person meetings take place in the Montréal area at a location agreed after booking; virtual meetings are available across Canada. This payment creates no subscription. Implementation and ongoing support require a separate quotation. Deliverable commitment: if you don’t receive the written summary, the amount paid for the consultation is refunded in full. If no time slot suits you after payment, you can request a full refund.
Reserved activities
Lucarne performs no activity reserved under Québec's Engineers Act and provides no financial or legal advice. Its services are technology consulting and software configuration.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the content, visual identity and public tools on this site belong to Lucarne. Rights to client deliverables are defined in the applicable engagement agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Lucarne is not liable for a decision based solely on the site's indicative content, estimates or tools, or for indirect damages arising from their use.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Québec and Canada. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Québec.
