Purpose
These terms govern the subscription to Constellation, an online workspace offered by Lucarne to coordinate artificial intelligence agents, projects, notes and files.
By subscribing, you accept these terms and our privacy policy.
Subscription and price
The subscription is monthly and billed in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes. It renews automatically every month until it is canceled.
The price follows steps based on the number of subscribers. The price shown when you subscribe is the price of your subscription: it does not change when later steps apply to new subscribers.
Payment
Payments are handled by Stripe. Lucarne never receives or stores your card number.
If a payment fails, we notify you by email. Access stays open for seven days so you can update your payment method, then it is suspended until the balance is settled. Your data is kept during the suspension.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel anytime from the billing portal, available inside Constellation. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and your access stays open until then.
No partial refund is given for a period already started, except where the law requires it.
Artificial intelligence agents
The agents you connect act on your instructions and, where applicable, with your own provider keys. You remain responsible for the agents you connect, the access you give them and how you use their results.
Use of third-party services, for example those of Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI or Google, is subject to those providers’ terms.
Your data
The content of your constellation belongs to you. It is hosted with Supabase, in the United States, and processed under our privacy policy.
On request, we send you an export of your data or we delete it.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Constellation lawfully, not to try to access other subscribers’ data and not to disrupt the service. An account that breaks these rules may be suspended.
Service availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep Constellation available and secure, without being able to guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may evolve.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. Any significant change is announced to you by email before it takes effect; you may then cancel your subscription.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by Québec’s Consumer Protection Act.
